I’d be interested to hear if you ever see the Crested Caracara Stuart. I’ve never seen one myself but can imagine they’re quite a sight to behold for a rapture.
Thank you for putting your thoughts together from so far away. Interesting and it’d be nice to hear more.

I was lucky enough to meet Karen a few months ago when i attended a photographic day at the Big Cat Sanctuary Sandown I.O.W. Before she even mentioned being involved with the rehabillitation of the white lions back into there natural habitat in Timbavati, South Africa, you could feel the passion for big cats by the way she talked about them and how she demonstrated her skills in capturing them on image.
Her life is totaly dedicated to helping big cats, and of course all creatures that we share this planet with, and this artical she has written reitterates that passion.
We can all do our bit to help preserve the world we live in, it doesn’t take much, or need to cost you anything, just by being aware of the beautiful things mother nature has created and how delicate some of them are, having respect, as Karen says, for animals,people and the environment we live in.
I feel proud to be part of a club that is prepared to help the continuance of what Karen, and a lot of other people are trying to accomplish in Timbivarti.

A truly inspiational article, it is imperative we follow the guidance given on photgraphing wildlife, as Karen says give all animals, birds, insects and plants respect!!
